TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our web shop serves both the public and our retailers. Here we have gathered important information
about our terms and conditions. To place an order in the shop you must be at least 18 years old.

1. PAYMENTS
As an individual you can choose to pay with bank/credit card or direct payment. Retailers can also
choose to pay by invoice. You will find more information about
our payment system here.

2. PRICES
The prices indicated on the Site are in Swedish crowns and include all taxes but do not include delivery.
If you are logged in as retailer, tax is not included. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject
to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Hoppelina
ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT,
duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. And we cannot predict what your particular
charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your
package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

3. DELIVERIES
We will expedite your order as soon as possible. The delivery cost is based on weight and the
receiver country. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to
PO Boxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
No binding purchase agreement between you and Hoppelina has been made until you receive an order
confirmation from Hoppelina.

5. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We follow the recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Agency. You have the right to cancel your
purchase within 14 days. During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange
or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Hoppelina cannot accept
returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged. You are responsible for the shipping of
returned items back to Hoppelina. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping
charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Note that additional duties and/or taxes
will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability.

6. FAULTY ITEMS
The customer is responsible for checking the product upon receiving the package. Faulty items will be
exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. You must contact us to receive an
exchange number before you return the goods. We will not accept any returned products without exchange
numbers. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by
the right of complaint. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will
shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. If the goods are
damaged in the transport, you must file a complaint to the freight company who is responsible for the
transportation to your place.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
We handle all your personal information accordingly to the Swedish Privacy Protection Law (PUL 1998:204).
The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get
the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other
marketing activities from Hoppelina. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any
information from Hoppelina. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Hoppelina, you may
make the changes in your account settings or send an email to
info@hoppelina.se State your name and email
address and a short description of the matter in the email message. At all times you have the right to know
what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email
to
info@hoppelina.se If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the
information corrected or deleted.

9. COOKIES
Cookies are used in the site in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies
your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for
statistical purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This
enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of
your visit. The web shop cannot be used if cookies are disallowed.

10. COPYRIGHT
Copyright in the documents provided in this site (including logos, graphics, text, photos, icons,
images, data, software and designs) are owned by Hoppelina.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the court in
Göteborg, Sweden will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your
country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you
to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations
regarding your use of our website. Hoppelina reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law
and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the
site. Violation of the site may be subject to prosecution.

13. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeur, Hoppelina’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and
Hoppelina can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Hoppelina. A Force Majeure
is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage,
failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Hoppelina
will under such circumstances do everything we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and
entirely as possible.

14. DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Hoppelina web shop are in stock at the time of
your order. Hoppelina cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or
typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Hoppelina may at any
time change the content of the site. Hoppelina cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from
using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Hoppelina cannot guarantee a problem-
free uninterrupted and secure access to the site. We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are
fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your
computer and monitor.
